Terms of cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following charges apply:

cancellation 13 to 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full fee

cancellation less then 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the full fee
Number of participants and any dinner menus must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Charges are based on the confirmed number of participants (minimum).
