CONFERENCE ROOMS
Downstairs:
1 Lecture hall: 48 people (seated in classroom formation)
2-4 Meeting rooms: 1–3 conference tables for 6–12 people
The lecture hall downstairs seats 48 people at desks in classroom formation (or 63 with chairs in rows; or a maximum of 24 seated in a U-formation). In addition, groups can work in 2–3 group workrooms and the lobby area. Meeting room 4 provides ample space for groups of 2–8 people. All rooms have large windows.
Upstairs:
5 Meeting room: conference table for 18 people
6-7 Two group workrooms: 4–8 people
The upstairs meeting rooms are light and comfortable. The main meeting room has a conference table to seat 6–18 people. There is also a lounge area and two group workrooms.
All conference rooms have WLAN, flip charts, whiteboards, overhead projectors and computer projectors.
Assembly Hall
Across the road from the FiskarsForum building is the Assembly Hall from 1896. It makes an excellent venue for a larger group (40-100 people).
The tables can be arranged in classroom formation or for groups of varying sizes. The unique building provides the perfect backdrop for your meeting!
The room has a screen, a computer projector and flip charts. Coffee and snacks can be served in the same facility; lunch is arranged either at Fiskars Wärdshus or Restaurant Kuparipaja.
