One-day conference package
- Conference rooms and equipment (WLAN, pc projector, flip chart, overhead projector)
- Conference refreshments (ice water, juice)
- Morning and afternoon coffee with sweet or savory snacks
- Lunch
Price EUR 55 per person (incl. VAT). Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Two-day conference package
- Conference rooms and equipment (WLAN, pc projector, flip chart, overhead projector)
- Conference refreshments (ice water, juice)
- Morning coffee with a roll on arrival on day 1; with biscuits and fruit on day 2
- Afternoon coffee and pastries served both days
- Lunch on both days
- Lodging and breakfast at the Fiskars Wärdshus inn
- Dinner
Price from EUR 220 per person (incl. VAT) in double rooms; supplementary charge for single room EUR 47,50.
Terms of cancellation
In the event of the cancellation of a confirmed booking, the following charges apply:
- cancellation 13 to 4 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full fee
- cancellation less then 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of the full fee
Number of participants and any dinner menues must be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to arrival. Charges are based on the confirmed number of participants (minimum).
